Extra Magazine Front Cover/Market Research

This is an example of a magazine cover for a magazine which is not solely for music, it also includes politics, film and art. I chose to put this front cover on my blog as it's got the sort of look I'm going for. Modern but still classy. This magazine comes out four times a year and is £5.

This magazine front cover has inspired my own ideas as I would also like to have a black and white large image with one main colour on the cover. I also like the simplistic layout of this cover, it comes across as professional but still modern and edgey. It also would attract attention with it's bold texts. I'm going to use a similar style to do my main tagline on the front cover.
