Price / Publishing

As I am going for a more proffesional whilst still edgy magazine I will be aiming to sell it around £4.50. For my target audience of 16-25 year olds I wouldn't be expecting them to afford £4.50 weekly or even fortnightly, hence why I shall publish my magazine monthly. The magazine which I've looked at and is most similar to the way I want mine to come across is Q magazine, who's magazine is roughly £4.50 and they publish every month; as my magazine is the same price, and will also offer a very high quality of contents, it is able to compete with the likes of Q magazine. Also, my magazine will appeal to a slightly younger audience than Q magazine so a £4.50 a month cost is perfectly feasble for the target audience i'm going for.
